Tilt shift photography is a photography technique that aims to get photos that look like miniatures.

This tilt-shift technique uses a special lens that was developed to improve perspective and overcome distortion by changing the angle of the lens to the media (film or sensor). But one of the most obvious effects of using a tilt-shift lens is the narrowing of the depth of field (DoF – Depth of Field) so that it can create a miniature-like effect.

Along with the development of digital technology, tilt shift photos can be made using photo editor applications such as Photoshop.
